She says that she doesnt want friends because everyone "hates" her. Or she says that everyone will just go away. I dont know what to say to her!

she may have some other issues going on, it may just be acute shyness, or it could be something like an avoidant personality disorder. http://www.toad.net/~arcturus/dd/avoid.htm#1 there is help available, but it's not easy.
Has she had big 'rejections' in her life? I know I live by the maxim of 'everyone will leave me' and quite often it destroys relationships before they've started. I am working on things and getting better, but it takes time. Dealing with rejections needs professional help, counselling or CBT.

tell her to build a bridge and get over it... obviously not "everyone" hates her... and thats an injust asumption... also she has made a minority assesment there... WHICH IS TOTALLY WRONG! i mean... hello! not everyone feels the same way about things... keep being a good friend to her cause u obviously r...

tell her that...u too are a friend to her so y would anyone else hate her or y would they just go away....explain her that u dont hate her n u r not going away from her...so y would anyone else do that unless she does something devilish.

when someone is afraid to have friends its better to leave her alone I'm don't have any because I'm afraid
