I don't think it can or should be given 2 weeks after a dose. Why do you want to re-administer it? If your dog has got an infestation it could be that the environment has not been treated. That is if your dog had an infestation before you took it away, there will be eggs which would have hatched while you were away. So it is very important that the environment is sprayed. Vet Kem Acclaim is very good. It is available from your vet and lasts ages.

smokee got it right, ticks and worm need to be treated. frontline is normal recommended. it can take up to a month to clear depending on the infestations and complications that sometimes accure. However visits to your vets every 3 months and represcriptions recommended should keep him from this type of infestation. beware that there are also dog condtions dont know if i spelt in right mange. this is a skin/hair condition that needs a antibactoral shampoo regularly used to treat.

Frontline for ticks can be given every three months. Medication for worms should not be given more than twice a year.

I don't really understand your question but if you asking about when to administer your pet meds like heartwork or flea medication usually it is once a month at the same time. If you give it to them a little late it is ok just dont make it too late a couple weeks is probably ok but cutting it close mainly for the flea medication.
