try mapquest.com. they are very good at explaining exits etc. Good luck. I miss Boston!

Boston is a very big city and I95 is a very long highway with many exists for Boston - so it depends on where in Boston you want to go. Without knowing any more, I'd say use Exit 12 and get on I93 into Boston and take Exit 23 into downtown.
