start drinking a lot of water when ever u get hungry

I am not sure you are over weight but the fact that you worry about eating all the time suggests that you might be. I was always skinny. No matter what I ate or how much. when I went into the military I was 6'2" and weighed about 150lbs After basic training I weighed 135lbs (they do not allow eating between meals like I did before I joined.) now though I weigh 185lbs and I am afraid if i continue gaining I will gain too much. Since I am used to eating all the time and it has been a life time habit, I decided to eat things not as full of fat as what I had been eating. I now eat Salads, Vegetarian burgers, vegetarian Ribs, Vegetables, fresh if I have time, Frozen if not. I chew on things like carrots, celery stalks, all types of fruits. Keep breads to a minimum. I drink soy or skim milk. Since i do not like the after taste of most artificial sweeteners i do not drink sodas anymore. It has worked for me and i hope you do as well. Best of luck

have a lot of stuff that fills a lot when you drink water after it e.g pizza and burgers, etc. they really kill the hunger. You may consult your doc for tabs that make you feel less hungry. Go in front of the mirror everyday and measure ur inches, the feeling of becoming flabby will keep u off food 4 sometime. You may also try this. For times other than breakfast think of the most disgusting thing that can happen to you, thing of the most bloddy and horrifying movie u ve ever seen. your mind will hate food during that time. but don't over do it, u may never want food at all and die eventually, hehe.

Sugar and insulin control is everything...avoid all carbs, and sweets...no pasta, bread, potatos...you can eat all the lean meat and veggies and salads as you want...That way you will not get hungry. You get hungry because the carbs you eat cause an insulin response that lowers your blood sugar...It works, I had a spinich salad today, and then some turky bacon on some tomatos and cuckumber...how about opening a can of tuna onto some lettuce? I have lost 44 lbs so far...about a lb per week...

Make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. If you have just been grazing and munching for days sit down and have a complete meal with meat and potatoes and vegetables. Sometimes a good well balanced meal will stop the munchies. Make sure you get your five servings of fruits and veggies every day. When you snack go for proteins, not sweets, so your blood sugar level won't shoot up and then crash leaving you craving.

The best thing to do is to drink COLD water whenever you wanna eat.

Cold water is denser and heavier than ordinary temp water,

Whenever you desire to eat. Grab a cold glass o water and gulp it down and you'll feel full within minutes,.

switch to have lots of sugar free chewing gum.....it will help you to avoid eating every now and then.Have a heavy breaker in the morning.....you will have a strong reason not to feel hungry.

stick a picture on the fridge of someone thin and pretty... then everytime u go to get something to eat think to urself "i wanna be like that"... or u could stick a pic of a fat ugly person there and think "man i don't wanna be like that..."

do what I did,I am a chocoholic,a smoker,and a love of foods,in general.I decided to limit what I do,and have lost 30 pounds to boot!I am now wearing clothes that would not fit me 3 months ago!
