well you as a husband should know her better than any of us here... make her day special...she is pregnant make her feel special and let her know how much you love her......

as shes pregnant, i wouldnt suggest anything too hectic.
maybe a romantic meal out - nice piece of jewellerey - diamonds are good - give her a massage (read up on pregnancy massages first) and just generally spoil her - probably only time for a while it'll just be you and her.
do the whole thing, flowers delivered, maybe pretend to go to work and turn up on doorstep an hour or so later with flowers and her pressie

Any effort is appreciated, but something special, hmm. Something together or just something special? Something together, maybe dinner and something she likes, like a movie or something fun ( I would suggest dancing, but being pregnant, I would say no). By herself, you could treat her to a day of pampering at a spa, with the massages, and the oils, oh yea, she'd love that. Hope that helps some. At least it some suggestions. Good Luck! :)

You can make her day special by making sure she doesn't have to lift a finger. Do the dishes for her, cook, clean, laundry, vaccuum. All without having to be asked! That is what she really wants. You can also take her to dinner and buy her a nice gift if you like. I don't think she would mind that either.

How about a day at a beauty spa, and then dinner at her favorite elegant restaurant (or a picnic at her favorite non-restaurant?)

a nice dinner at her favorite restaraunt-surprise her!
most women feel really *blah* around that time in their pregnancy so do whatever you can to make her feel beautiful and let her know how happy you are that She is having your baby!!
