I'm a new supervisor, who has always had issues with english anyhow, and I don't want to mess anyone over. My problem is I have asked for help at work, but either got blown off or a quick subject change. The biggest bit of help I have had so far was a referal to the PFE. I've read the thing plenty of times, there's little to no help there.

Well, I don't have much help for the AF specific side of the house, but here's a website that I've used to write NCOERs for the Army: http://www.ncoer.com/

I don't have one for awards. I usually just used mine and other peoples old award recommendation forms to write it up.

Most of the stuff on this link has to do with Army, but there may be something helpful for you: http://www.militarysearchengine.com/

As you know EPR writing is supposed to be so simple, yeah right. Your question is a lot more complex than it seems. Answer, ask your supervisor. Reading about it is useless. You can follow the advice of the various reference sources, you can follow the teaching of formal training such as the NCO academy, you can plagerize, you can do it all, and the darn thing will still be rejected 50 thousand times before passing thru. Even if it is written perfectly, it will be rejected. Guaranteed. Just be patient and expect to see it handed back a few times for "corrections". Don't let your blood pressure rise, cuz its one of those things you can't control. And remember, everytime the Wing Commander changes, EPRs writing will change to refect the pet peeves of the new cmdr. Good luck.

Suprised top wouldn't help you out, being new to it & all, that's wierd. First two anwers are on the money tho. Personally, I prefer loose plagerism. Hard to reject stuff that's been accepted before unless it's you they're trying to teach, but worthlessly frustrating. Just keep smiling about something else.
