Bible mentions two groups-
"Little Flock"-(Luke 12:32).These number 144,000 and will go to heaven to rule as kings and priest with Christ Jesus.(Rev.14:1-4,5:9,10).
"Other sheep"or "Great crowd"-(Rev.7:9;John10:16).
These are the ones who will reside on the earth.
(Ps.37:9-11,29;Prov.2:21)
God's kingdom is a heavenly government ruling from the heavens.However Jesus and his anointed brothers will rule over the earth for 1000 years,upon which time Jesus hands the kingdom back to his Father.
This is what Jehovah's Witnesses believe as found in the Holy Scriptures.

Bible doesn't say anything about "going to heaven" so I really don't know where Christians got that idea. Here's what it says...
Luke 17:21
nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you."

3. Jesus said, "If your leaders say to you, 'Look, the (Father's) kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the (Father's) kingdom is within you and it is outside you.

Jesus said, the kingdom of God is in you, and it will not come by observation. If they say, it is in the sea, then better are the fish to see it. If they say it is in the sky, then how much better than you are the birds that do fly and the planes that simulate the birds in the sky. All that the heaven is, is in your Spirit. And the Spirit in you has manifold consciousness. You have got to discover it. Since this is what Jesus did.

when Jesus comes, He will resurrect the righteous dead 1 thessalonicans 4:16, then gather all the living righteous and their body wil be changed 1 cor. 15:51-53, togather they will meet Jesus in the air 1 tess. 1:7,8, then they will go to heaven for 1000 yrs and reign with Jesus Rev 20:4.
at the end of the 1000 yrs, the wicked shall be resurrected Rev 20:5, Satan will decieve nations to do battle Rev 20:3,7,8, New Jerusalem coming frm heaven to earth Rev 21:2, Satan and the decieved attack the city Rev 20:9, the wicked judged rev 20:11,12
fire comes from God and destroys wicked(so much for hell).. God will restore the earth Isa 65:17

I have heard it both ways. I heard that Jesus was going to make the New Heaven in Jersusalem. I heard it in the Heaven where we are to be taken Up "Rapture" what it called now, to be with God...
