this guy is very outgoing, and talkitive and has a great personality. but wen i try to talk to him, he shuts himself up, and barely talks. makes me feel like he doesnt want to talk to me. why does he act like this? and should i keep talking to him??

i think he not prepare to talk with u. He really care for u that's why he did not want to hurt u if he told anything wrong by mistake and u hurt he did not want to behave like that. i think u talk with him regularly and tell him about ur nature. and told directly i want to do friendship with you after he ignore you then pl. forget because u r very nice, smart i think he is very fool to not do friendship with u. he could be shy around you because he likes you. once you have tried to talk to him, send one your female mates to talk to him and see what he does. if he talks to her fine then it might be you but if he doesnt he could be shy round all females. if he is fine try and join in the convo he might talk to you a bit more easily with someone else there.
