According to an anthropologist I know who is doing her dissertation on Pagans, number one is San Diego, and number two is Minneapolis

I think that it is Minneapolis, MN and I think that I read it once in a Llwellyn book or maybe it was a web-site. All I know is that when I went to the Reinaissance Fair there it was basically a 30 acre pagan fest. It was pretty awesome.

I'm not sure about cities, but I've been told that Massachusetts has the biggest Pagan population.

I think it'd be impossible or close to impossible to know the answer to that, not only because of many Pagans who are secretive about their beliefs, but also because there's different definitions of "pagan".

I don't think that this question can ever be answered since a lot of Pagans are secretive about their worship/practice. (I'm not in the broom closet, but I know many who are.) Perhaps this will change one of these days. :-)

there's really no way to know this, since the US census does not ask questions about religion anymore. this map might give you some clues: http://www.valpo.edu/geomet/pics/geo200/religion/adherents.gif. go for the lighter-colored areas.
