Usually if you have something to keep you busy and occupied you won't have as many worries.
Get a job that is less stressful.
Plant a perrenial garden and keep it weeded and watered.
Read a good book.
Do volunteer work. Making others happy really takes your mind off or your worries.

You take one day at a time. You don"t need to worry so much because everything has a way of turning out the way you want it to.When you worry so much things will not turn out the way you want it to.Stop worry everything will fall in place you can bet on that. You will be surprise what you can accomplish if you just take your time.

Drink daily multi-vitamins.. That's not a joke. But basically, just relax and take a break now and then, get something that will release you off your daily worries and some game to be addicted to...

Quit worrying about what others think, stay occupied doing something positive every moment , think about the real percentage of something bad happening with whatever you are worrying about. If you have severe anxiety see your dr and ask him to put you on lexapro. Its a miracle drug.

I wish I could answer that question.......I have the same problem myself....I'm a singer....so when I start to worry...I sing and let it all out and I feel better sometimes...if you have a hobbie or interest you enjoy alot...trying doing that...it helps take things of your mind and just let you relax
