don't worry about it. My son is four. I took all the same precautions and he still wet the bed. I put a pull up on him at night.Thier little bladders are so small..He is fully potty trained... we just do the pull up right before bed and it comes off as soon as we wake up.My doctor told me this was fine. good luck....

Dont worry about it, I have a ten year old and an eight year old who still do, I have tried everything, all the drugs and all the limits of water, getting up at night EVERYTHING. I found out from the dr after we had tried everything, that they would grow out of it, but make sure they take a shower in the morning, and put two plastic sheets on there bed, and get an extra set of sheets. Worse thing you can do is make a big deal about it and embarrass them. Just relax, bed wetting, is one of the smaller problems of having kids.

This sounds normal to me; but I would recommend a water-proof mattress protector, not making a big deal of it when it happens, not allowing him to drink anything an hour and a half before bed and having him go potty before bed. Some kids will wet the bed until they are 4 or 5.

He is only 3...he might wet the bed for a while longer. My sister wet the bed till she was 8, my friends son is 6 and still wets the bed, my cousin wet the bed till she was 9 for crying out loud. I think at 3 it is still normal, just continue to try and get him to stop, he will learn eventually, in the meantime have him wear pull-ups so you dont have messes to clean every night.

He's only 3- his bladder probably is not totally developed as far as control goes. Put pullups on him at night and don't make a big deal of it. Boys usually gain control of their bladders later than girls. Cut off his fluids after supper (or a reasonable time) and make sure he urinates before he goes to bed. If he is still wetting at age 5, consult a Urologist.

Well, isn't it kind of normal for a 3 year old to wet the bed? I'm not really sure about this but he would just have learned to piss in the toilet not too long ago.

He's not ready, he's only three. Put him in those disposable overnights. And when he can keep them dry then put him back in undies. I know some 6 year olds who can't make it at night. He probably just sleeps reaaly heavy. Hang in there! I have a 4 year old with autism who just regressed completely back to pull ups. He was in underwear for 4 months.

My son had this same problem. He outgrew it. We went to the Dr. and he checked him out to make sure it wasn't physical, then gave him some medication so that he could go to sleepovers and not be embarassed. It worked. He is now 9 and doesn't have that problem anymore. Just know that it's not his fault and dont punish him for hit.

relax. stress can be a factor in bed wetting. he should wear pull ups at night. don't make an issue out of it. stressing him out will only make it worse. if you are concerned you should take him to the dr. to be sure it's not a medical condition.

I was a bed-wetter until I was twelve. The worst thing you can do is add stress or fear to his psyche. My parents fought constantly and I felt like I was in the middle of it.
