Take her to a vet! Dont try to give her any medicine for humans. That medicine is NOT designed with felines involved and could hurt the poor little animal!

Of course first choice would be to take her to her vet. If closed and you have an animal ER, that would work.
However, in the real world, those aren't always possible choices.
Sit on the floor, or gently pick her up and look at the leg. Is it swollen? Do you see any sign of deformity? If yes, you need to make an appt with the vet. If money is the issue, ask he will take payments.
If there isn't any swelling, keep an eye on her and see if it improves over the next couple of days. Keep her in a nice calm place in the house, no stairs or jumping.
As for pain, you can call your vet's office and ask what the suggest. Don't ever give any human meds without instructions. Not only can some be deadly, but can mask other possible problems.

Call the vet and talk to him/her. I can't remember if you can give tylenol or motrin, but no you cannot give asprin to the cat, not even baby asprin. Good luck

Take her to the vet. My cat Silver had a sprain before and it really scared me because his ankle swelled up. My mother gave him a very tiny piece of aspirin for his pain(we didn't have the money for a vet). He got better after a week.

Take your cat to the vets please. My cat broke her back ankle. She has a cast on for 8weeks and wos kept in a cage so that she could not walk on it. I had to take time off work to look after to her but she is worth it. Animals are great and you should take them straight to the vets if you think some thing is wrong with them as you would if you had children. Good luck

Take her to a vet or emergency animal hospital. DO NOT give the cat any human medicines. If she has a broken foot, it needs to be set and no medicine will help this.

You need to take her to a vet and do not medicate her on your own. There are lots of vets that will treat an animal on call after hours. Animals do not tolerate human medicines very well.

It is probably just a sprain. It isn't too uncommon for this to happen to cats. I've been told that baby aspirin is OK, just be cautious. If she lets you, you might try ice on it. If the kid is old enough to understand, he/she should be punished (if its up to you) and not allowed to be around the cat. That is just wrong and cruel.

Take her to the vet. In the mean time rap her leg up in a wash cloth or somthing. Put a pencil in there to hold it together if it is broken. Um.... Don't let any one touch her for about 38 hrs. Um.... feed her milk and put her food in it. Um....
If you can feel her leg without her scratching you then do. feel it to see if its broken! I hope this helps!

Go to a vet.
And why did a kid throw her on the floor anyways?
