You need a program called Optical Character Recognition. It takes a picture file and recognizes the text. I don't know of any free ones for Windows, but for linux there is a good one calle GOCR. The link is below. This claims to have a windows version as well, but I have never tried it.

Print the picture, and scan it with an OCR (optical character recognition) scanner (one that can scan text into a text document) as somebody said earlier.

try saving it with the .txt at the end and then open the .txt file and see if it automaticly deletes things that are not text
