1 can Rotel.
1 lb. Velveeta.

Place together in bowl (do NOT pour off liquid from the can of Rotel). Heat in microwave for 30 seconds at a time and STIR. After doing this about 5 times it'll be ready.

The key to making a GOOD cheesedip is the kind of ingredients you use. To end up with a quality product you have to use quality ingredients!
You need:
1- 2 lb. box of original Velveeta cheese (not the light stuff)
1- can of brand name Rotel tomatoes
1- can of Del Monte chopped tomatoes
1- jar of brand name Taco Bell salsa
2- large bags of brand name Tostitos corn chips
3- 2 liter bottles of Pepsi Cola

Cut the cheese into cubes that will enable it to melt evenly in a microwave. Open the Rotel and drain off the juice, do the chopped tomatoes the same way, but save the juice of them, you might need it later. Watch your cheese really closely so it does not start to dry out on the edges and not melt in the middle. Stir in the tomatoes and rotel with a fork. Put it back in the microwave, and put the temperature on medium and zap it for a couple of minutes. Take it out and really stir it up good with the fork, and add one half of the bottle of salsa, stir it up good with the fork, and put it back in on medium for a couple of more minutes.

When you take it out if it is too thick then put a little bit of the juice you kept from the tomatoes in it and stir really good with the fork.
Zap it a little and check it again, continue to do this until it is just right!

If you want it a little more spicy put some peppers in that come in the little packs you get when you buy pizza, but remember a little does a WHOLE lot when it comes to those things.

edit- don't use anymore of the salsa, if you do it will separate and clump up into a kind of thing you throw away.

Buy a carton of velveeta cheese (medium size one). Cut it into chunks in a bowl and add a can of Rotel tomatoes (they may have these in mild or hot). Put the bowl in the microwave until cheese is melted, then take out and mix it up. Yummy, inexpensive and easy.

Melt a log of Velveeta and some salsa together, add more or less to your liking. Don't do this in a microwave, but on a stove or in a crock pot, microwaves can scorch cheese pretty easy if you aren't careful.

buy some velveta and a good, spicy chunky salsa. cut the velveta into cubes and put it in a large, microwavable bowl. pour the chunky salsa over it and put it in the microwave. heat it until its about halfway melted, stir, and the turn it back on until its completely melted. DELICIOUS with tortilla chips!
