Talk to somebody you trust and let them know how you're feeling. If you don't have anyone you feel comfortable talking with, find a professional like a counselor or a pastor and let them know how you're feeling. They'll be able to help.

I find when things are spinning out of control, writing everything down on paper helps. It's almost like talking to someone, just getting everything out, and it also helps to sort things out. Just stop and relax, breath, ask yourself why you think you feel the way you do and try to come up with an answer. If it's to serious for you to handle, maybe you shpuld think about going to a doctor or calling a hotline, just for someone to talk to. And get someone else's advice in person. Can't really help you to much cuz you didn't really say why everything was going to fast. Just try to write it out or something. RELAX it will get better for you...I wish you the best to sort out whatever it is that you need to figure out.

If you are hearing a man speaking in your head, you are in need of medical attention. These are symptoms of a mental disorder called schizophrenia which can be quite disabling if not treated. If you feel like your mind is racing and people are jumping out at you when you drive, you might benefit from some type of therapy to ease your anxiety level. Please seek professional help and/or counselling before any of this gets out of hand.

Probably you are under some kind of stress, which you may not even know about! Best is to see a psychiatrist and see what assistance you need. Maybe a holiday or a break from work to settle down.

You could have Schizophrenia, that is a psychological condition that kinda fits all the aspects of your description... I suggest that you first of all take a while to calm down, Call a cab if you have the money to try to get some help from a psychologist

Sounds like severe anxiety to me. BTW - you posted this in the wrong category. I would try to get some benziodiazepene's but be careful on how you ask for them because ER dr's are stingy that way.
