FROM PERSONAL EXPIRIANCE: USE reconstructors (MATRIX) and GOOD CONDITIONERS AND SHAMPOOS (BIOLAGE) I would over process my hair (bleaching) and it was a mess! I quit dying for a few months and conditioned really good.it is a lil pricy but worth it my hair looks good now no breakage!

You need to cut those split ends and get a deep conditioner. Try using a leave in conditioner for a month after that then use it once a month to maintain your hair if it is naturally dry.

get a deep- conditioning treatment always read the instructions!!

for split end hair, get a trim and then keep your hair in good condition.

here is a good routine for you:

deep condition your hair once a fortnight 3 times, then once a month from then onwards, continue with a good cleansing/moisturising shampoo and conditioner. this should keep your hair nice, soft, moisturised and most important of all healthy.

Fudge have a very good conditioning treatment...that i use, i swear by it and its not as expensive as the other products out there

i have the same problem ( i recently just asked how to get rid or dry hair, split ends, and to maintain my curly hair). what i learned is to get a trim (which i have yet to do...and is very sad cause i'm trying to get my hair long...it's down to my shoulder blades), and to use frizz ease....also you can apply oil for about an hour (not oil oil! oil from john freda or something) and then wash it out and use a conditioner spray for dry hair

Say it with me...condition, condition, condition! Also regular trims, no leave in products (unless a conditioner) and no ponytails or barettes. But if you think you are going to have thick rich beautiful hair, it is probably not going to happen! Sorry
