I read that Saddam Hussein started the rebuilding.Who will finish it and will it be refinished?

I don't think it's going to be finished now that Sadam is out of the picture. It was sort of his little pet project.

However - in Biblical Prophecy (book of Revelation) regarding the Prostitute of Babylon.., America fits the description to a T. The actual Babylon is nothing more than a derelict Tourist Attraction.

America is the epicenter of the global economy on all manor of goods and financial capital of the world. She flaunts her wealth and power like a 2-bit hooker and thats pretty much the way the world looks at America.

Also the Prophecy says the nations would desire to burn her with fire, and Muslims around the world would like to see her smoldering (as demonstrated on 9-11, they partied around the world).

There has been a divine proclamation here that it will never be inhabited again.

Rhetorically is being build everyday around the world, and all new different cultures are coming out of it, like: Satanism, Religious sects, Atheists, terrorism, invironmental pollution from what we call Modern Sciences that has gone running before learning to walk.
