I don't think you can ever be cured of an anxiety disorder but with cognitive behavioural therapy and maybe drug treatment you can get it under control

There are medications that work. Lexapro. Depacote. Zoloft. Xanax. Klonopin. I've found that the best way to get rid of anxiety is through distractions. Yoga helps. All exercise helps. Anxiety disorders are hereditary. Anxiety goes through phases. You can go for years without any problem and then the symptoms may show up again. Learn the distractions that work for you and implement them when you have a problem.

What helps people is knowing that they are not alone and thousands of people suffer from it and have to deal with it. You can go for weeks or months without having an attack. It is how you manage it yourself. Hooking up with other people who know what you are going through helps a great deal. Also try to remember that when you are having an attack don't think that's the end of it and you can't take anymore cos you are just having an episode and there are happier times to come. Your doctor can give you medication to stabilize your moods and there are support groups out there. Good luck

www.stresscenter.com. I used this series of daily cognitive tapes after 19 years of anxiety attacks...they teach you how to reprogram your thinking.....they really work!!! The cost is about $400, but after 19 years it was well worth the price. Designed by a woman named Lucinda Basset....I can control the anxiety now, the anxiety does not control me...after a while the medications quit working all together....I take no meds now, nothing.

You have to see a psychologist. And with regular treatment for a few years and if necessary, a psychiatrist will proscribe you medication to help a possible chemical imbalance. It is highly unlikely there is any other way.
