If I had a warrant for my arrest in Texas for a small misdemeanor that was keeping from getting license in another state how long would I have to wait till it expired due to the statute of limitations to get my license?

Texas has an express lane for people on death row your prob gonna be wanted for like 50 years.

That warrant lives until it is either withdrawn by the state of TX or you die. There is no statute of limitations on warrants. The statute of limitations only applies when the state does not know know the identity of the person who committed the crime. Once the warrant is issued, that clock stops since a suspect has been named.
If you ever want to get your license anywhere, you're going to need to clear that warrant.

Statutes of limitations don't cover warrants, they cover crimes, and issuing a warrant stops the statute of limitations on the crime from tolling. The whole point of the limitation is that someone should not have to answer for a crime decades after the fact (aside from murder, etc.), but you don't get out of it just because you've avoided being arrested yet.

there is no statute of limitations or expiration dates for warrants. get to TX and deal with it because if you get caught for something else TX can extradite you back.
