You may need to make adjustments to your tools/internet options/ security and privacy settings.
Add it to the trusted zone sites in tools/ internet options/ security/ trusted zone., set it's trusted zone security to low. : tools/internet options/security/custom/internet/trusted sites/custom level, and set to low. . ,
Then go to trusted zone and uncheck the require https or secure authentication, then click "add site" and type or enter the url for the site you want/hit enter/add site/ok/apply/ok.
You might also want to make it an "allowed" site: Go to tools/internet options/privacy/sites/put the url in the box/allow/ok/apply/ok; then tools/internet options/privacy/popup blocker/settings/paste in the url/add/ok.
You might also want to go to: tools/internet options/security/custom/internet/run ActiveX controls and plugins/prompt or enable(depending on how safe you want to be)/ok/yes/apply/ok , and be sure you have set Tools/internet options/security/ to default level or higher.

Don't panic: let's use some applied logic here. You didn't do a Restore Point first day you owned your PC, did you. OK...no problem.....do you have the Windows installation disc? No? Ok....to save further hassles, save the $$$ and hassle calling tech support.
Go to www.suggestafix.com It's TOTALLY Free. Ironbender is a friend of mine there who can help ya.
