what i look for:
smart, caring, and please making fun of people gets old- very fast. and you need to be confident in yourself. girls don't want to try to comfort you all the time. How are you going to please a girl if youre not please w/yourself.
just have confidence and relax when talking to a girl. move slow and the quicker you try to get into her pants, the quicker that relationships is going to end.

Well 4 me, i want a guy who firstly has a good sense of humor, and doesn't take life tooo seriously. Then (although most people deny it) looks DO matter. Someone who wants 2 spend time with me and shows he cares. Intellegence.... is another thing i look for, and i like sumone who can think outside of the box,and sumone i can really have a good converstaion with

Someone they can be themselves around with out worrying so much. They can talk to the person and feel trusted. In the short term, they want someone to give them attention and a nice personality. i can't talk for all women though.

first of all he has to have a great sense of humor...he has to be kind and loving toward me...I want him to want kids..love animals...love his friends and familly...just an all around nice guy...i've outgrown the bad boy phase..give me a funny sweet guy and i'm all his.
