Commercial jets are not stressed for aerobatic maneuvers, and even if the pilots may have gotten away with it once or twice, the laws of physics and extreme stresses on the airframes would soon catch up with them.
The answer is NO.
The only way you're going to see a Boeing 747 or an Airbus at an airshow is in a straight and level fly-by or a static display on the ramp.

It might be possible.
Tex Johnson performed an aileron roll with the 707 prototype on August 7, 1955.
You can read the story here:

Low passes and rolls do not require high G loads and can be performed quite safely, but only by a pilot who actually knows what he is doing.
As JetDoc says, airliners are not for aerobatic maneuvers, so do not expect to see a Thunderbirds routine.
I've done aileron rolls and loops without killing myself on transport category aircraft, but in the Sim only, NOT in a real aircraft (not crazy yet).

I'm not kidding about this, my friend is a test pilot for boeing and he has looped and rolled a 747-400. The loop started at 32,000 ft and he exited the loop at 9,800 ft. I know because I was with him and I have a video tape of it.

Watching a 747 or A380 in an air show, would be about as much fun as watching greyhound buses drag race. Bigger isn't better.
On the other hand just watching he A380 in action will be a show... I just won't say what kind. LOL ;-)

t could be possible but the wchich would take to do it would have to be huge since the maneuvering capability of commercial airplanes is very low.
good luck.
