Yep!! We used to take good ole' Argo Corn Starch, put it in a skillet (no water no oil) just dry, and stir it until it browned to an almost burn.
Let it cool down, put it on those tough diaper rashes and Viola`!! The next morning the rash would be almost completely disappeared.
We very rarely had to use it, because it worked so well.
Good Luck!

Nappy rash is a mild form of thrush. If the rash is too bad get it checked by a doctor as it may need thrush cream

Mylanta and any diaper cream. The diaper cream helps to keep it dry and Mylanta counteracts the ph and helps with acid. They don't always mix well together because the cream is a wetness barrier so you may want to dab the mylanta on with a cotton ball and let it dry a little and apply the cream.

A&D, zincofax, pretty much all the commercial diaper rash ointments are good. My mom tells me that vaseline works in a pinch as well.

Boudreaux's Butt Paste
Boudreaux's Butt Paste was originally developed in the 1970s by Louisiana pediatrician "Pappy" Talbot, but the main formula was compounded by a local pharmacist, Dr. George Boudreaux, in the town of Covington.
The product became a local hit, and in 1994, Boudreaux sold his pharmacy to concentrate on marketing Butt Paste.
Upon selling the pharmacy, Boudreaux bought an RV, renamed it the "Butt Mobile" and traveled to regional trade shows and local pharmacies to market the product. At one of these shows, a regional manager at Wal-Mart took on the product for a trial. When the trial period was over, the manager found Doc Boudreaux's product outsold the leading brand by a large margin

"Diaper Doo" from Walgreens. It's pretty much like vaseline, but spreads easier. It doesn't have the zinc oxide (white medicated stuff) that can actually be more irritating.
Also, cotton cloth diapers really help too...you have to change them more often and the bacteria doesn't stay there so long.

Well, for one your baby shouldn't have a rash, unless you're a neglectful parent, and let your baby sit in **** or piss, BUT Baby powder or corn starch works really well.

The best one i have found to work quick was butt paste. sounds funny but that's what it's called. my mom used to use corn starch on us and that seemed to work too. also the Johnson and Johnson medicated baby powder works well too. try the Butt Paste you can get at walmart or target. good luck
