I have long, thick, kinky hair, and I am looking for a inexpensive natural hair salon in nyc and/or hairstyles suggestions. I would really appreciate the help

For an inexpensive hair salon, check the phone book for beauty schools in your area. All the students are under direct supervision and are near the end of their training. Since they are still students, the costs for services are very reasonable.

The Aveda institute in SOHO. Their students are great and it's cheaper than the salon. Also, all their products are natural. Check it out!
