As the first answerer stated. Learn about many subjects to that you can talk on many levels. Find interesting stories to tell.
Smile and be understanding of others and care for them.
Becoming charming, isn't easy if you haven't been born charming.
But you can try to be more like that. Look at some movie stars, mostly the older ones, like Cary Grant, rent his movies and watch his style. Copy what you can. You may not turn our charming, but it should help you.
