I personally don't since it is a way to scare people to be converted as Christians or Catholics. Do you remember in 2000 and everybody was talking about the end of the world and it never happen? A lot of religious people claim that the end is near and go by different scenario that will cause the end of mankind. Remember that it is June 6, 2006 (remember that isn't 6-6-6 but 6-6-06). That doesn't make any freaking sense.

Whatever you believe in can heal or kill you. There has not been a day that went pass that the number 666 has not came up. the 6 hour 6 min and 6 sec comes up twice a day. the number in a sign of man. 6+6+6=18 and 1+8 =9 and nine is the number of man. 8 in the number of woman and 7 the number of life. Things happen every day and who do you thank is the cause of it. The 666 thing is just a way to keep you in line with Bull s#*t. how about the year 666 AD. no, in revelation 13:17-18 says "no one could buy or sell unless they had this mark, that is, the beast's name or the numbe rthat stands for the name. this calls for wisdom. whoever is intelligentcan figure out the meaning of the number of the beast because the number stands for a man's name. Its number is 666" so it stands for a name, not a date. i'm sorry to say you have fell for a belief many have fallen for without reading for themselves. i would suggest reading chapter 13 in revelations. it is short, so it wont take too long, and if u have time, read all of revelations, it talks alot about the rapture and the return of christ and the anti-christ. also, in Luke 12:35-40, it says "be ready for whatever comes, dressed for no action and with you lamps lit, like servants who are waiting for their master to come back from a wedding feast. when he comes nad knocks, they will open the door for himat once. how happy are those servants whose master finds them awake and ready when he returns! i tell you, he will take off his coat, have them sit down, and will wait on them. how happy they are if he finds them ready, even if he should come at midnight or even later! and you can be sure that if the owner of a house knew the time when a theif would come, he would not let the theif break into his house. and you, too, must be ready, because the son of of man will come at an hour when you are not expecting him (talking about jesus)" so obviously alot of ppl expected him on 6-6-06. but one question, why would if be this 06? why not 1806 or 1906? or all the other 06's before? because 666 does not stand for a date, but stands for a name. it says so in the bible itself. i would read revelation sometime...its about summer break, you have time i'm sure at some point or another :P

I think its a bit doomsdayish, and I personally believe that the devil isn't around on one day more than any other day, In fact I am not sure he exists. But the human threat is a little more real I think. But I still think its a little contrived.
