That depends on how "likes me" translates into actions - what he's doing that makes you know that. If it's subtle, you might start by being very business-like & professional not showing any emotion. Try to avoid smiling at him and if you can't avoid it, make it perfunctory. If it's really overt - like he's asking you for a date, you might just confront him in a polite way, trying not to hurt his feelings but leaving no doubt that you're not interested. If that doesn't work, then you have no choice but to report him or quit. If you're going to report him, it will be helpful if you have one or more witnesses and/or any other evidence like e-mails. If he ever uses instant messenger you can cut-and-paste that into an e-mail (turn on the IM time stamps). Depending on what he's doing, it may or may not legally constitute sexual harassment, but most companies frown on managers and their employees having romantic relationships, if they don't just flat out forbid it. See "Sources" below for more ideas.

If your boss is making advance towards you, that is sexual harassment. If this is making you feel uncomfortable, tell him to stop it immediatley or you will proceed with legal action. I would also start keeping a detailed journal of everything that happens. You should also confide in a co-worker, this creep could be doing it to others too.

this is a real touchy situtation. if u snob him, he'll get on ur case. if u keep it up with him, he'll make u miserable. i suggest sticking it out and trying to find either another job or just wait til the boss gets out.

If you do like him, and he keep his behavor, then you must find a new job. Or you can find another to love your boss. Maybe there is something.

Its' snub him hon, and yes you should. If he tries to hit on you, report him. That can constitute sexual harassment, and is against the law. He can lose his job for that.
