Actually using profanity is a misdemeanor. Although it is not pushed
and charges aren't pressed, usually. And it is just my guess that maybe Taco Bell pushes the issue.

First of all you shouldn't use profanity anywhere, especially in public. Maybe if you use profanity and the employees hear you they may spit in your food. Think about it.
