but when we do talk his friends tell me that he really loves me and never stops talkin about me my question is , is it real or should i not bother

Let me remind you that guys (in general, not nessecarily all of them) tend to work together for deception. You should check with your friends, if they spend anytime around him, and see if the story clears. Remember, it's ok to give someone the benifit of the doubt, too... but if they betray your trust (eg.- cheat on you) then they have to earn it back. I hope things turn out ok for the two of you.

In order for u and he to maintain a relationship u need to talk to each other and stop doing it through is friend.
