I do not like to give out my phone number to any guy I am talking to online until I get to know them and am considering meeting them. I have had trouble with people callling my unlisted number all day sometimes. I do not wish to give out my cell phone number either. Some guys think this is weird because they give me their number but I try to explain to them that it is different for a woman. Is there something wrong with wanting to protect your privacy till you meet someone?

no there is nothing wrong with that !! especially since it is online the guy should be able to understand that if he doesnt then just forget aout him he isnt worth it !!&heart;

No you should never give your number out to anyone online. Havent you been watching the news so many young girls are geting killed by these men online that claim that they are only 21 but in reality there probaly your grandparents age!!
