When you realize that all that has happened, is just about the only way it could work out, then you can accept the past, and begin to forgive, and forget. It sounds dogmatic, and implies predestination, but it's true. Go in peace...

To have peace amid your thoughts is Peace of mind - to have no worries, no stresses to fill your mind.
In many ways I do - I am very comfortable with my relationships (my family, my friends, the divine) and my living situation. In some ways I don't (financial worries, worries over the state of the world.
I find that yoga helps and herbs and having waited until I was in my 30s before having a family, living close to my mother, a good solid husband - all of these things contribute to my own personal Peace of Mind.

hi my peace of mind is when i lay in bed and not think about the next day or what I did not finish that day, or what bills we have to pay and wonder if they are late. Also watching our 2 year old sleep, knowing that I was the best mom I could have been that day, and making sure he is sleeping peacefully. May you have peace of mind.

an excellent question..i like it althouh the answer is not simple.
for me the most important part in "peace of mind" is our attitude.we either make our minds peaceful and satisfied or the opposite.we only can do that .nobody can do it for us.circumstances have a small role in that .WE have the main role.
i invite u to read my book SAID TO BE READ

My friend peace of mind cannot be measured on any particular parameters, every individual has his/her own way of being peaceful, but I believe that true peace is within yourself, if you search for peace in external pleasure, it will be temporary, whereas if you find solace in the company of god and meditate on him or whichever diety you worship I am sure you will get peace of mind. you may say that god is external, but your connection to god comes from inside you.

I have peace of mind.
To me it means to accept everything and live to understand that things are the way they are for a reason and the reason is not always directly shown.
To have it...well I think it is just a decision.
