go to a doctor and have a blood test that is the best way to know if you are really pregnant. All those changes in your body could have other reason maybe you are having the beginning of a premature menopause

I have heard that women can have their periods while pregnant. I know this may sound like a load of crap that you don't want to hear, but I had a miscarriage in April. I really couldn't accept the fact that I wasn't pregnant anymore. Two weeks later I felt every sign of pregnancy, nausea, shortness of breath, dizzy, hungry, food cravings...(I sound like a commercial) But I wasn't. I honestly think that my hormones played a small part, but my mind was the biggest problem. I really think that I talked myself into feeling that I was pregnant. This may not be the case for you esp if you are not wanting to get pregnant. Best of luck on what you are hoping for! Go get a first response test, I feel like I am a spokes person for them, but they are the best. Even very small levels will show up after about 5 -10 minutes!
Best of luck either way!

Form what you have mentioned here, it doesn't tell anything for sure about you being pregnant as just because additional weight gain & sensitive nipples are not the sure shot signs of Pregnancy!
Even if you are sure of being pregnant then having cycles each months may be an ominous sign.

My sister cycled all the way through here pregnancy... ALL 5 OF THEM!!! It is nothing to worry about. Some people just still release a small amount of the blood lining the uterus. Check with the doctor to make sure, but I don't think it is anything to stress too much about. Plus you don't want the stress to make it worse. Good Luck!

(I am an Instructor in Maternity Nursing.) It is possible to "cycle" and to pregnant... It is also possible to have subjective symptoms of pregnancy but not be pregnant (and have something else going on...) Either way, you need to see a Doctor (OB/Gyn) right away. It is not typical.

Go to your doctor for a blood test. That's the only way you can be sure you're pregnant.

What you need to do is go to your doctor and ask him/her why are you still having a cycle. I think it is ok for a female to come on her cycle why she is pregnant.
