Symptoms of UTI or bladder infection are not easy to miss and include a strong urge to urinate that cannot be delayed which is followed by a sharp pain or burning sensation in the urethra when the urine is released. Most often very little urine is released and the urine that is released may be tinged with blood. The urge to urinate recurs quickly and soreness may occur in the lower abdomen, back, or sides.

This cycle may repeat itself frequently during the day or night--most people urinate about six times a day, when the need to urinate occurs more often a bladder infection should be suspected.

When bacteria enters the ureters and spread to the kidneys, symptoms such as back pain, chills, fever, nausea, and vomiting may occur, as well as the previous symptoms of lower urinary tract infection.

UTI's can occur in men, women and children. It should be dealt with by a doctor if you suspect something. There can be many causes and it's important to narrow down the specific bacteria and treat it.

I had an UTI 4years ago, these were my symtoms. Blood in urine, the frequent urge to urinate but very little urine is produced, a fever, & lower abdomen pains. If drinking cranberry juice or water don't help clear up the problem, go to the doctor immediately.

I have had a urinary infection before like so many other people. Don't get upset, it's very normal. When I had my infection I felt like no matter how many times I tried to urinate it wasn't enough. When I would urinate it seemed like I still really had to go bad! As soon as I would leave the bathroom I felt the urge again. You may need to get on some antibiotics. It also really helps to drink tons of cranberry juice. Believe it or not it really helps!

Early symptoms may include pressure in the bladder region, burning when you urinate, along with smelly urine. You may also notice that your urine is cloudy and/or concentrated.
If left untreated, it can progress to involvement of the kidney, causing fever, chills, nausea, vomting and blood in the urine. YOU NEED to be on antibiotics!
Please see your doctor right away! Drink plenty of fluids as well

Feeling like you have to pee all the time. A burning sensation when you pee. Cramps. Feeling like your stomach is gonna pop. Pretty much an overall uncomfortable feeling. You need antibiotics. It's the only thing that will get rid of it.

sometimes is asymptomatic( no symptoms) except for cloudy urine. if having symptoms: pain upon urination, frequent urination, blood in the urine, cloudy urine, abdominal fullness and maybe nausea. drink plenty of fluids like water to help flush the bacteria out of your bladder. drink cranberry juice, it changes the ph of your urine and makes it harder for the bacteria to grow. don't forget that when you have the urge to urinate..don't wait. you don't want that warm urine setting in your bladder...makes a good place for bacteria to multiply!. if really bad may affect kidneys and ureters. other symptoms of kidney infection : chills, back pain and tenderness to back when tapped over kidney area. get treatment for this immediately!
