Try these names: Zorro, Bullwinkle, Moose, Buzz, Brute, Bluto
Belushi ( in honor of John), Fuzzysnuggles ( on second thought.....that sounds more a female name).

I think people names for dogs is cute too,like Conner or Sheldon,or Larry.The other names listed here are really good too.

You can try naming him Rain, if he's black with white spots its like rain is hitting his fur, I'll try and think of something else.
