i think the 3 person is right but not just any rat tarrier it's minxture rat tarrie because a minnie tarrier is about that size and my dog daisy is 50% rat tarrier and 50% minnie rat tarrier so she is small but tall at the same time she is preety cute! long haired so she is like yours but with long hair and a little bit shorter
