In my opinion, what is really important is not what a guy looks for in a girl. It's what you (Ellie) are looking for in a guy.
Right now, you may have some doubts about what I've just told you, but as time passes and you become more aware, you'll realize the value of looking for what you want in a guy rather than struggling to be what a guy may say he wants in girl.
A girl who decides what kind of boy is right for her is often like a queen in control of her life, but a girl who tries to be what a boy wants her to be just to win his attention is often a pawn destined to be hurt.
If you find a guy physically appealing, but he doesn't feel the same way about you, don't worry. The truth is that there's a couple dozen more in this world who look just like him, and a large number of these others would be thrilled at the thought of meeting you. All you have to do is find them. And with the internet, that's pretty easy to do. In other words, we all have doubles, so if one guy looks good to you but he doesn't recognize you as the special person you are, then you just move on to one of his doubles--one of them who understands how special you are and doesn't want to mold you into someone else.

well it depends... if u just wanna meet a random guy than looks matter the most. if u wanna get a in a relationaship and the guy would be seeing you a lil bit before u actually start dating, then personality and passion matter the most. ultimately it depends on the individual guy
in my case, the girl i like (n we're goin on a date this weekend) is pretty good looking, but not the hottest of all BUT she's very nice and not ummm slutty

I used to be a teenager and all I looked at honestly in a girl were just her looks. Be careful with those guys that just want to have sex only.

Looks. You can't hang out with a girl if your friends are going to laugh at you. She can be a total brat just as long as she looks good.

they first thing obviously is looks everyone notices someone with there looks at first but to keep a guy you need to be fun and out going and show them that there the onyl one in your world

I look for long blonde or brown hair, great smile, nice personality, good figure, good grades and stuff like that mate.

Sorry if you didn't realize this , but fROm personal experience and never seeing ANY evidence to the contrary. There's only one thing a teen guy is looking for aND tHATS A CHANCE TO "PROVE HES A MAN AND SCORE". iTS SAD SOEMTIMES THEY DO NOT EVEN REALIZE THAT ABOUT THEMSELVES, BUT IT'S CRUEL MOTHER NATURE. sHE DOESN'T LOOK OUT FOR OUR BEST INTEREST, BUT HERS AND THAT MEANS REPRODUCTION.
