All of a sudden my sort term ex of only a month and a half is calling again and came to see me after not seeing me for over a month. She says shes seeing someone else but called and said she heard a song that reminds her of me now she is calling me every day and came to my work to give me hugs. Whats up with her?

She's still not over you. Even through she's dating another guy, you're still on her mind. Its just not easy or quick for girls to move on.
If you don't have any feelings for her, then discourage her from contacting you.

tell her your not interested and not to hug you any more thats why she is an ex for that reason to stay a part of your past if you two were soal mates or she was your one true love you two would of been happy and loving each other shes not forget about her she just wants to desperately know that your still pining opver her and she is trying to make you jelouse so throw it back into her face get one of the chicks there to axct as your g/f and show your ex exactly what she lucked out on

She is on a collectiong spree...she wants to keep you hanging on as a security blanket in case her new affair doesn't work out. If you like being an 'also ran,' go for it. Personally, I don't care to be part of someone's stable. I prefer to be the stable keeper if it comes to that! So, you can play along and see where it goes (nowhere, I am betting), or tell her to lay off...she is an ex for a reason...and if she was the one that broke it off, then there is double reason to tell her to cut it out. Or, maybe you like to be hurt. IF so, go for it.

It seems like she is lacking something in her current relationship and she seeks comfort in what she once had with you...dont let her toy with you though it sounds like she just likes the attention she can get from you even though she has a boyfriend!

eh, she's playing ya, man.. Women are all emotional and all that bullshit type-a stuff.. (I know.. I'm 53/F.) Don't attach any importance to it whatsoever.. She told ya she's seeing someone, just keep that in mind when you are tempted to 'take her back.' She doesn't really want ya to. She wants to feel 'somebody wants/loves me' and you are the closest at hand to feed this. (I know, kinda sux.. you probably are not totally 'over' her yet.. you have my sympathies for her behavior, man.) later (melancholia)

well at least your ex is calling my ex walked away and never cared to pick up the phone. made me feel if i was never important to them after all. be grateful. but if you are not interested and you tell your ex that you are not and it persist then you should worry. until then just be happy that they even thought about you.
