you will have to do better than that, just what do you mean by Internet cleaner?
do you mean ad ware?
spy ware?
anti-virus?

The CCleaner is an excellent program that is 100% free and not only cleans your temps, but also cleans Window's clutter to imrprove storage and perfomance.
