Putting heat as hot as she can stand is the right way to go. When the boil comes to a head you can take a clean needle and poke a little hole and squeeze. After the boil opens be sure to keep a bandage on it so that the drainage doesn't touch any other skin, because the germs may cause another boil to occur. There is no need to go to the doctor because she can do the same thing that the doctor will do.

Warm, moist compresses to the area several times a day will help. Also she might want to use some vasiline on a bandaid at night to keep the skin moist. Don't go pressing on it; it will drain when it's ready. Squeezing will only make it worse if it's not ready to drain.
Also, boils in this area can indicate diabetes. She should check with her doctor while she's seeing about the boil.

any such huge quantity of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do not say that "i'm a pupil so i do not get time for something". you've each and every of the time. eat even with the undeniable fact that you want to. in basic terms bypass outside in nighttime and play some outside video games. quite football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as a lot as you are able to. tomato paste on a clean cloth over night will draw the boil to a head.Then apply a warm wet cloth of several minutes ,the gently push on each side to extract the boil
