That depends on whether you plan on using the trans out of the torino ! Is the truck 4wd does it have a 6 cylinder , modified , or an Fe family motor in it now ? The 351c has a small block bolt pattern same as the 6 cylinder , the Fe and modified family motors have different patterns , so be sure you have the right trans ! you will also need to use 351-400m motor mounts and a rear sump pan and pick up !

The 351 was almost always an option for the 150's. So it wont be hard. But that happend to the Torino?!

That's almost a drop-in swap. You'll probably need to switch oil pans and possibly oil pump pickup tubes, that that's probably about it.
