The night after my school's prom, I was at a small afterparty with 6 of my friends. They were a mix or guys and girls. We were watching some dumb movie... I can't even remember what it was called, but I thought it was boring as hell.

I made some remark about how boring it was, and the guy sitting next to me (he's my friend,) tried to "kick" me from across the couch. I grabbed his leg before he actually kicked me. He tried to pull away, but we were all having fun.

He still had on his dress socks from the prom, and to "get him back" I pulled off his socks and I tickled the soles of his bare feet with my fingers. He was obviously very ticklish, because he fell backwards laughing and was trying to get away. I thought that it was hilarious. He was trying hard to pull away, and my friend threw me a hairbrush from across the room, which I tickled his feet with.

Once I let him go, he called me a lot of names, including "queer".

How was that queer? We were joking!
Why was he mad?

Honey, he was mad because he realized he was having fun with another friend who was a guy. If you boys were 10 it wouldn't have mattered. Now that you have testosterone raging...well, he was suddenly embarrassed and tried to cover up that embarrassment with overtly male behavior (ie: the language and the anger). Hopefully he'll apologize, but if he doesn't then he doesn't. You were joking. That's all there was.

The feet have nerve points several of which can be ticklish. They are a good location to massage for a person who is in pain and also have gone through trauma as it revives them via release to chemicals. Thus it's also a location that is used for pleasure during sex. It was his reaction of being unable to escape and needing to feel macho as you captured his foot (while he tries to kick you) and emasculated him as he laughed like a girl. He should just be glad that you didn't put him in an ankle lock and break his ankle.

he he, the boy was right confused he that he found a boy strokin him funny and hit back with the best 'manly' thing he could think of! If you r queer then he is a 'hard' man! No worries, he was just trying to diffuse the fact that he felt a man touching him enjoyable and fun!

I think you might also tickled his homophobic bone along with his feet. Although it was just in fun, in this day and age men do not like to be thought of as a homosexual, unless they are one I suppose. Did he mean gay, or just queer as in bizarre? You may have misconstrued what he said. Talk to him, let him know it was all in fun, you were not trying to come on to him.

Out of boredom, you were trying to have FUN, that's all.

He probably called you a queer because he was embarrassed that you were holding him down and wouldn't let him go in front of all your friends. He was probably just joking, i wouldn't worry about it. He'll probably get over it some time soon!

He's homophobic is all. HE was scared you were really getting into it. He needs to be educated on the difference between lust and friendly touch. Maybe someone along the line has touched him too lovingly. Tell him if you were queer that he wouldnt be your type.

for some people being tickled is torture..i absolutely hate being held down and tickled..it makes me very mad and i say ugly things ..maybe this is what happened with your friend..did you try to tell him you are sorry? try to get him to talk to you and tell him you will never do any thing like that again and you are very sorry..just don't go around tickling people if you don't know how they are going to react..good luck

Most people who are ticklish don't like to be tickled and that was not "queer" don't worry about him.

Because he didn't have control of the situation. That was just something to point the finger at you. A lot of people are like that.

You wouldn't stop when he asked you to. You made him uncomfortable and he thinks you made him look bad. You need to apologize. It was a stupid and juvenile thing to do. Imagine someone doing something to you that you didn't like in front of others. You were wrong.
