is it right to believe a person who ditched you previously,now telling that he is repenting.not able to trust?

he is a married man,not happy with his previous marriage.telling that he is unmarried and cheating ,taking money and disappearing.making use of ladies emotions.went to jail and reliesed.now repenting for his action.

Would'nt trust him out of sight on a dark night.He's a no hoper,user probably on drugs.Get rid of the creep
