There really is no way to know for sure.It is better to be safe than sorry, you should have her vaccinated ASAP then boostered in 3 weeks for full protection. You should probably have her FIV/FeLv tested also to make sure she does not have either of these, they are both deadly and very contagious to other cats.
The only vaccine I've heard of that causes problems in cats is the feline luekemia vaccine(FeLv) it can cause tumors at the injection site. Thanks for taking in a stray , they need love too!

Thank You for taking in a stray, I'm always happy to hear that someone is willing to help homeless cats
No, there isn't a way to tell if she had her shots. I would definately get her vaccinated again- For her safety, but also a Rabies shot is required in most places. But there are a few cats who will develop skin allergies if they get overvaccinated- but its better to be safe than sorry.
Also, if your cat is going to be entirely indoors, there is a growing movement out there that says cats don't need to be vaccinated. My vetinarean (sp) doesn't vaccinate her cat anymore, but I feel that it is better to vaccinate, than not.

tell this man or woman that you want a replica of the receipt to the vet visit so that you will see precisely what images the kitten were given, and at the same time as. you want to entice close this guidance, era. If this man or woman won't be able to arise with the receipt, get the call of the vet who gave the kittens their images. If he won't be able to arise with a recognition, try to be fairly particular he became fibbing about the images. If he comes up with a vet's call, then call the vet to double examine what images were given. you want to entice close precisely what images your kitten were given. there is controversy about over-vaccinating kittens, so that you want to examine a courting with a vet and asks the vet's opinion on those kittens.

In our animal hospital sometimes pets are sometimes vaccinated twice. Some pets vaccines were given by the breeder which are not recognized in our office so yes they are vaccinated twice. But please check with your vet first, I am not sure if there has to be a time frame in between to be safe.
