I do it twice a day, whether I need it or not. It's almost as much a habit as brushing my teeth!

Ah, The followers of Onan. It is something everyone does even before they are aware of just what they (male/female) are doing. Some people, like everything in life can take it to extreme's or just don't get any kick out off it. It DOES NOT make you go blind but you can get RSI on the wrists (lol). It does realease stress and is highly enjoyable if it is "mutual masterbation" with another person or persons. Oddly enough it has been suggested that it is a rather good cure for jet lag!

Well first of all, I believe this is a website with youngsters on it and this question is really not appropriate. Masturbation is a private issue. Although it isn't a sin and is perfectly natural, I do not want to discuss it with someone that I don't even know.I usually release my stress by going for a bike ride or a walk in the forrest or seashore.I connect with nature.

Masterbation is a natural and positive thing that everybody tries at least once. Since sex is a physiological need, if you don't get any or give yourself some, then your body will give it to itself. So for the good of all: Masterbate!!

sure everyone does it (you can lie all you want) but i like to exercise and lift weights for stress relief and it really helps you feel better about yourself (exersice) ok all you people out there trying to say masterbation is bad and only losers do it.
its a proven fact that guys in a realtionship usually masterba7e more then those that are single... so there ya go i win

My first opinion is you spelled it wrong. Not only is masturbation normal it's sometimes necessary. How could we deal with the games women play on us if we couldn't relieve the stress and frustrations ourselves. You won't put out after a date? no problem. g'night.
It's not really self love it's just self gratification.

Masturbation is an indication that you need to marry. Please get married quickly and abstain from doing this act of vice as this will sap your energy and and vitality and leave you in a miserable condition just for the sake of few moments of elation. Marriage is an institution where you will fee most comfortable.

Hell yes I do... all the time, well not in public (much) It's one of my favorite passtimes. I used to think it was just a phase I was going through in high school but now it's more of a life long hobby.
