o.k so know what do I do I have 12 bridesmaides that need a groomen.

Why doesn't your fiance deserve you? How can your fiance just drop 12 of his best friends? Also, 12 bridemaids is kind of hard to manage. I think you have other problems besides missing groomsmen.

Find 12 new groomsmen. Hopefully he has more family and friends to replace them but do replace them. Why should they be involved in something so special as the union of your relationship if they disagree or have any negative feelings. If you cannot replace the grooms, and if it will be too much of a problem to agree to not have grooms nor maids----stand alone with your husband and be blessed! It is really about YOU AND YOUR MAN. Don't allow anyone to keep ya'll from started the rest of your life together as husband and wife on a negative note.

Holy wedding party! Either explain the situation to your bridesmaids and cut back or have them without groomsmen.

More importantly, you should find out all of a sudden why all of his friends have turned against him. You need to understand this before going through the logistics of a wedding. Remember, the wedding is one day. The marriage is a lifetime. Make sure that before you enter the marriage your eyes are open to everything.

They don't need groomsmen. Just let them all walk in by themselves and walk out by themselves.
