Actually, I believe you mean purgatory. And if you go to purgatory, you've made it to heaven...you just have to get cleaned up a bit before being worthy to enter God's presence. Catholics believe that you either go to heaven or hell. Purgatory is a step to heaven and no one ever goes to purgatory before going to hell. You go directly to hell......or you go to purgatory on your way to heaven. The term Limbo used to refer to what many used to believe a place where unbaptized babies went but that is not what the church believes....Babies who are unbaptized, are taken directly to heaven because they are incapable of reason and sin by choice. God's mercy far outweighs the bonds of original sin on one so innocent.

No I don't, it's not taught in the bible. It's simply a place made up by the imagination of man. And, actually, limbo is for those not "good enough" for heaven but not "bad enough" for hell, there's no way out once you're there. According to the belief.

No, maybe you should look up the origin of these religons that claim there is a "Heaven and Hell". Heaven and Hell are fictious places of existence created by man. Hell keeps people in check. Honestly, where woudl the world be if people knew that there actions had no effect on there afterlife becasue hell didnt exist. People would go buckwild. You have to put the pieces together. Even if half the world are mindless zombies

There is no such place. People want to believe there is a place where they will go for awhile and then have a chance to go to heaven. There is only two places heaven or hell. You can get into God's heaven by believing in what the Lord Jesus Christ did on the cross for you. He died for your sins, He was buried and took your sins away and rose again the third day for your justification. To go to hell, just be born live a little while until you know right from wrong and reject what Jesus Christ did for you and you will go to hell. Luke 16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; Luke 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

there's no limbo, there's no heaven and no hell

Live for today. Do good becuase that's what u feel like doing. Not becuase of fear of punishment or some other life. Don't do good expecting rewards in some other life. You can experience it here
It all depends on the way you think of it

Yes, But Limbo does not exist anymore...before Jesus died for us and opened the gates of heaven...that's where the people that were destined to go to heaven went. Now, we have purgatory. Purgatory cleans you before go to heaven.

Uhh....Kathy, I'm a Catholic and we DO NOT say that! Any baby that dies, we say, goes to heaven....don't say stuff about the Catholic Religion when you don't even know what you are talking about!!!!!!!!

Of course not. Catholics say that unbaptized babies go there. What a crock. How could a baby be responsible for getting him/her self baptized.

I thought that purgatory was between heaven & hell.

no, there is no such place like being in limbo or purgatory. Your spirit goes back to the one who created you God the creator, and you have to give account of yourself.
