The same thing that happens when he gets caught cheating..but wasn't,
The same thing that happens when he gets caught speeding..but wasn't,
The same thing that happens when he gets caught............get it?
Just because he can't admit doesn't mean you can't. You can at least admit your boyfriend has trouble admitting he got caught drinking by the cops.
I hope this answer just changed a life. Peace.

I really doubt that the police would waste time on him if he wasn't drinking. If he was driving they have to administer tests to prove that he is legally under the influence. If it was for public influence or under age drinking they might not have tested him but I am sure that they were sure of the fact that he was drinking.

you're able to desire to be charged with perverting the path of justice. this may well be a intense offence yet based on the Justice of the Peace you're able to desire to be sentenced to community provider or a suspended sentence instead of being sent to reformatory. you're able to as properly be fined. The court docket will take your circumstances under consideration, no count if it is the 1st time you have been in hassle and so on. Your boyfriend is in plenty greater intense hassle and that i'm hoping he does get sent all the way down to be trustworthy, he might have killed somebody. there's no excuse for eating and driving. You and your sister wouldn't have lied yet i can comprehend why you probably did, even with the indisputable fact that it became incorrect, once you adore somebody you do stupid issues. i'm no longer likely to choose you because of the fact i don't be attentive to you yet i'm no longer able to comprehend why you may decide directly to be with a stupid boy who would not have the brains to bypass his attempt earlier driving on my own and who thinks it particularly is alright to drink and force. purely think of in case you or somebody else have been in the vehicle with him - it would not undergo questioning approximately. he's fortunate he did no longer kill himself or somebody else. If he cared approximately you and his unborn toddler he would not threat his existence by utilising being so stupid. Sorry if that sounds harsh yet for my area people who drink and force are scum and maximum of of them have devastated maximum of harmless human beings's families and lives.

I would believe the police if they have accurate tests to prove it. People that have drinking problems often deny it.I would question whether or not this is a constant habit and determine whether or not I would like to stay with him. Talk to him and tell him that you think that he needs help for his drinking problem.

The test his blood-alcohol concentration. If found to have drunk that night/day and driving he will go to the police station, and DUI/DWI charges laid if over legal limit.
If he was doing others things he'll probably get charged with something else.
He better hope it's not the cavity search...

well if they CAUGHT him then of course he was. as for lieing about it. that could get him in some SERIOUS trouble with them. I don't really know how much but he will get in trouble. he might spend comunity service hours or have to be on probation for 6-12 months. or he could even spend a couple of nights in jail. i dont;' really know. but i hope next time he makes better choices!

they will probably give him a breathalizer.. if he is under 21 then he will get a minor in possession of alcohol.. but he won't go to jail for this unless he's too drunk then they will toss him in the drunk tank at jail. if he is over 21 he should be okay unless he is driving or has an open container where he shouldn't.

He was drinking. The cops have pretty darn good tools to prove you have been drinking. Not much way out of this one.

well, a cop is experienced in their job field...they know if someone has been drinking or not so if they say someone has been drinking, more than likely they have.
