By behaving. My sister-in-law is bipolar and has been hospitalized for it many times. She gets released after only a few days because she learned how to talk to doctors and policemen. She tricks them into believing she's sane. All you gotta do is act normal and they'll let you go. But, you're in the hospital for a reason, so just because YOU think you're sane, doesn't mean you really are.
