well it's hygenice u chnge it everyday unless u want to feel like dirt and smell awful i suggest u keep them on for as long as u can before they disintigrate

Once a day unless you just went and saw the remake of the Omen. In that case I would suggest a change as soon as you get home. If you are reading this then you are probably home so go right now and change them.
I once saw this guide some ware:
Day one - New pair
Day two - turn em around backwards
Day three - turn them inside out
Day four - take them off and see if they stand up on their own. If they do then get a new pair. If not then put them back on in the forward right side out position and start at day one again.

every morning after you shower, you should put on a fresh pair of underwear. That said - once a day.

you should change your underwear everyday. you can get infections from not keeping clean. its not very hygenic.
