I did not know exactly where you want to download the movie, but if it is from a website, you can visit this website, http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php

Try right clicking on the movie link and selecting save target as, but if the movie file is in html format it means they have blocked you from downloading the content.

u can view their source code (view>source) and find the movie file. if you know the html, it will work then. because u have to understand the html and code. so... good luck :)
